As we approach the transition from 2007 into 2008 I am reminded that true wealth is the connections that we have, the health that we maintain and staying open to the dynamic dance which is life!
I am overwhelmed with gratitude for all the many gifts that each one of you has brought to my life over this past year. I have learned so much and hope to continue to learn.
I thank each and every one of you for your unique contributions to my personal and professional life. It is in each of my relationships that I find continued support and inspiration to follow my heart.
As life gets faster and fuller, I invite you to sit back and meditate on what the last year has been for you. What are you grateful for and what will you look to create in the coming year? How might you create some “spaciousness” and simplicity?
I plan to move into 2008 with the dual themes of gratitude and simplicity. Acknowledge all the many gifts in my life and let go of what is no longer serving me. One step at a time . . .
I invite any and all of you to share your New Year thoughts with me.
Here is lovely poem on the idea of simplification by an author not known to me (I think Michio Kushi?):
Speak less, Listen more
Say less, Do more
Worry less, Enjoy more
Ride less, Walk more
Eat less, Chew more
Start less, Finish more
Compete less, Share more
Take less, Give more
Frown less, Laugh more
A big New Year hug to All,
Ana

Sounds like you are doing great and I am anxious to hear what you have been up to. I am so proud of you and happy to be reading your new blog. I certainly hope this year has many wonderful things in store for both of us and many blessings to be bestowed upon those who are in need. This past year ended with several challenges and unexpected disappointments. I am desperately hoping to get back on track with my own health and fitness. I am feeling very depleted right now and need some help in getting focused. My intention is to “go back” to where I was a few months ago and reclaim the strength and pride I was feeling where we left off. Here’s hoping that prayers will be answered and soon we will all be motivated, healthy and thriving again. Happy New Year. Love Anita
Thanks for the inspiration!
Happy and blessed new year to you,
kxx.
